'End User Meetings - Summary' - 27th Apr 2007

In our case, the faculty member took the role of end user. Since faculty is also one of the actors,
the reviews came in as a critical feedback which helped in strengthening our system and widening the scope.

  1. In the Project Charter/Scope meeting, fine tuning of the scope was analysed with more stress on the deadlines suggested
  2. End User was very much satisfied with the Use Cases designed and approval was given for the design stage
  3. During the third meeting a re-design of the "Class Diagrams" were suggested
  4. The re-designed class diagram was reviewed and the next stage of the project was initiated which included HCI & Test Cases.

Minutes of the meeting

Venue - DoMs (Room No. 253)
Attended by - Sriram, Shyam, Varsha, Aastha & ME (Prashant)

Agenda:
1. The mistakes of the previous class diagrams were discussed.
2. The class diagrams were reworked upon.
3. The group members discussed the work re-distribution.
4. Futher course of action for the group was chalked out.

Next meeting was called upon the same day @ 9pm.

Meeting with the faculty for class diagrams

The meeting with the faculty was completed as per schedule on 20 Apr,2007,10:15am.Based on his suggestions , the team agreed to rework on the class diagrams.The professor was particular about the naming conventions for classes.In addition he wanted the whole diagram to be self explanatory .As per his suggestions we agreed to meet him once again with the revised class diagrams on 23 Apr,2007.
Hence the team decided to have one more meeting among themselves to discuss the necessary corrections to the class diagrams.This meeting was scheduled to be on 21 Apr,2007 at 12:30 pm.

Class Diagram Meeting

This meeting was attended by all the group members. A review was done on the class diagrams made by the team mmbers. Based on the suggestions, the class diagrams wre modified accordingly . The hierarchy of class was also developed. For the various modules, based on the functionlaity, classes were desgned.

We also worked on the software/hardware specifications which is required for this project.
Overall, with the diverse inputs from all the team members we were able to come up with a detailed class diagram and other specification documents.

Minutes of Meeting (08/04/07)

The meeting was scheduled on April 8,2007 at 2 pm in DoMS lab.The same was attended by all the team members except Prashant who was out of station.The deliverables for the next week namely Use Case Diagrams,Descriptions and Activity diagrams were discussed.The entire project was divided into seven modules .Each one of these was assigned to individual team members.Subsequent project deliverables for each of these modules will be developed by the corresponding team member.The division was as follows

1.Interactive Forums(1),Job Postings(5) - Sriram
2.Donations(2),Login Details (7) - Shyam
3.Contact Details(3),Search Alumni(4) - Varsha
4.Video Conferencing (6) - Aastha
5.Information Display on Home Page (8) - Prashant

Consequent to the previous meeting with the professor,the product functionality section of the project was decided to be modified .The modified document will be submitted on April 9,2007.

Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held at Doms lab at 9:30 on 4th april 2007
It was attended by all the members- Aastha, Prashant, Shyam, Sriram and Varsha

We discussed feasibilty analysis of our system. The feasibility was further divided into economic, technical and organization based. Task was divided among the members and word document and PPT (i.e. the deliverables) were to be ready by the next meeting.

In the next meeting we would finalize the feasibility deliverable.
