Alumni Information System

· The meeting was held at DoMs at 9 pm on 22nd March 2007.

· Members Present: - All the members i.e. Aastha, Prashant, Shyam, Sriram, Varsha were present.

· This was the first meeting by the group. The basic project framework was discussed. A consensus was reached on the basic functionality ( corporate calendar , automatic mail reminders, alumni address book) & scope of the project.

· A project charter was developed

· At the next meeting we would be discussing Requirement Definitions. So everyone was asked to revise UML concepts.
